FAQ

Panorama supports standard JPG/JPEG file formats produced by DJI drones.

The Panorama add-on accepts ordinary JPG/JPEG images, however viewing them may produce different results because of scaling distortion and an absence of geo-referenced data.

We highly recommend creating Panoramas with a DJI drone and their Pilot 2 app.

This typically happens when the image is not georeferenced. By default, panoramas captured with DJI drones are georeferenced, so ensure the geotagging settings are enabled during capture.

To download a panorama, hover over the Panorama layer, click the three dots, select "Download" and the appropriate file format.
